"We loved every minute of the mudgee rose hunt with the two Tanyas! The day was relaxed yet so inspiring and we loved the personal approach Tanya has to her demonstrations. Well worth the money and the food was Ah-mazing! Thanks again for having us ladies and we hope to come back soon! " - Tegan Gillam - Owner, My Little Peony
A one day floral workshop with Tanya Shaw from Oh Flora and Tanya Scott from Mudgee Made Roses.
You'll arrive at the working farm of Tanya Scott in Mudgee, country NSW where she has grown her petite garden to include over 50 varieties of roses. Here we'll begin our flower loving friendships! You'll be gift clippers and together we'll admire, forage, snip and collect from the glorious rambling rose beds to use in our arrangements along with other locally sourced botanics.
Following our forage, we'll spend the afternoon arranging untamed, romantic bouquets finished with hand dyed silk ribbons and airy, tumbling & texture filled centrepieces.
Tanya from Oh Flora will demonstrate a large scale installation step by step for students to observe, explaining different techniques and materials and how these can be altered to fit your personalised ideas.
To finish the day, we'll team together to create a simplistic and nature inspired dining table, adorned with students centrepieces for an intimate dinner.
Along with this unique opportunity to pick your own along with personal instruction, your investment includes;
- All botanics & materials
- Professional imagery of your work
- A take home vessel for your centrepiece
- Refreshments & drinks throughout the day
- Apron & floral snips
- Beautiful dinner by Mudgee Made, served with local wines
The workshop will run from 11am - 7pm.
Investment: $620 AUD
A payment plan option is available. The amount will be spilt into two payments. Once paid, these payments are NOT REFUNDABLE & NOT TRANSFERABLE.
To keep the workshop personable and intimate, there is a limit of 8 students.
